Blister Packaging

Fully integrated blister packaging line designed and built with clinical trials flexibility in mind, and  with the ability to use standard tooling formats in a vast array of different configurations lead times and costs are vastly reduced from any that were previously possible.

• Using custom design software, approved pack designs are securely uploaded to the blister line where all settings and parameters are configured and stored. Operators then only have to select the pack code detailed in the batch record instructions and the machine does the rest!
• Both thermoforming and cold forming options available are compliant with all current material specifications including: - PVC, PP, PVC/PCDC, Triplex, ALU/ALU and Aclar.
• 3-D blister tool design facility so you can view 3-D rendered models of the proposed finished pack designs prior to any sign off.
• Multiple product primary packaging filling up to three products.
  Colour vision detection system.
• In-line or off-line foil printing has again been designed with flexibility in mind - we can print in-line directly onto the top or bottom of the lidding material.    
• All current child resistant solutions are available and can be run on the blister line with no additional set up costs or lead times to your study.
• Run speeds of up to 36,000 blisters per day mean any requirements can be handled with ease.
